The arrival day is Sunday, March 8. A dinner will be served at 19.30 at the Hôtel des Sources.
The scientific program begins on Monday, March 9, at 9 a.m.
The conference ends at lunchtime on Friday, March 13.
There will be 5 lectures per day : three in the morning and two in the late afternoon, from 17.15. Afternoons are reserved for discussing, skiing and studying.
Tea and coffee will be served at 16.30 in the Hôtel des Sources.
All participants will have lunch and dinner at the Hôtel des Sources.
Lunch time is 12.30 (with a possibility to order a picnic: orders have to be placed before 9 a.m. the same day in Hotel des Sources). Dinner time is 19.30.
On Monday and Tuesday, the lectures will be held in the Eurôtel. From Wednesday to Friday, they will be held in the Maison des Congrès.

All the hotel bookings will be made directly by the organizers.
All the expenses will be covered for PhD students from Swiss universities, ETHZ and EPFL.
Some additional financial support is also available for other young participants.
